Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): $12.95
Free Shipping on orders over $200
Express Shipping (3-5 business days): $24.95
Freight Shipping (for large items): calculated at checkout
International Shipping
We ship to select countries outside the U.S. Shipping costs and delivery times vary. Please see our international shipping calculator during checkout for details.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress until delivery.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all parts and accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Return

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all manuals and accessories
- Ship to the address provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

- Products with missing parts or packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
